The Job Interview This is what you've been waiting for. Your CV pushed all the right buttons and did its job; it got you the interview, Now it is up to you to get you the job.
Job interviews are stressful at the best of times, and no, more so than now; the competition for the good jobs has never been harder.
You get one chance to make the right impression, one chance to shine and show all that you have to offer, just one shot at it. If your insides are twisted into knots, can you really expect to shine? Sit there and kid yourself it in not an interview, it is a meeting about a job, they are not really going to judge me for every moment they see me, every little thing I say, I do and the way I say it? Are they?
It’s a very short period from waiting to be called in, (that’s the worse part isn’t it, the waiting?) and the rush of relief when it is all over. Then it’s back to waiting to know if you have been chosen.
Be ready on the inside, be ready to be calm, to have the quiet confidence, to put all of you into showing then the ‘good you’ and lets leave the ‘bag of nerves’ behind.
Give me a call, and I will give you an honest answer, If I can help you, I will.
