Jealous thoughts can manifest in a variety of ways from anxiety and panic, to anger, and it can be hugely disruptive to relationships.
For the jealous person it can be exhausting too, sometimes to the point of becoming physically unwell. Jealous people often find themselves trapped in a loop of negative thoughts and images, creating anger and frustration. The key is to breakout of this loop and connect to a well founded sense of certainty, security and trust. You may well think, that’s easier said then done; “I cant trust him/her, I can see what is happening, I know what is going on.”
